The mission of Lehigh’s Center for Career & Professional Development (CCPD) is to provide equitable career education and connections that support student success. Aligned with Lehigh’s five colleges, CCPD partners with faculty, staff, alumni, and employers to integrate career learning into the student experience and create opportunities for students to learn, explore, and connect.

Career Development at Lehigh is a continuous, evolving journey rather than a linear process or single decision - helping you understand where you are, what experiences support your growth, and how to move forward intentionally.
